WEEKLY EXPENSES: - $65.25
WEEKLY SIDE INCOME*: + $745
This was a good week in terms of spending. I ate out a lot more than I normally would, but because I didn’t really spend money on anything else during the week, I don’t feel that guilty. I am a little disappointed that I wasn’t able to bring in more money through freelancing, but $745 is still a good chunk of money. All in all, I am pleased with last week.

Hello Krystal!
How was your dining at Keg? My friends tell me it very good, but it also very expensive. I just started my blog yesterday "Smart Money" it be great if you can check it you. http://www.besmartwithyourmoney.wordpress.com
Thanks,
Victor
I'm not a huge fan of Keg, Victor, exactly because of what you said: it's expensive. Then again, I could easily spend $43.74 on Quiznos subs in a week, so I suppose I'm not the greatest spend saver.

Yeah, The Keg is pretty expensive. But that being said, I rarely ever go out to eat and the last time I was at the Keg was 2005! As long as it's not a regular expense, I think it's fine.
It was pretty good! I'm not really a fan of steak, but the seafood was decent.
I'll check out your blog! Thanks for sharing.
I love the Keg! it's a yearly to bi-annual thing for me (anniversaries, birthdays). The food is always consistent and if I were to go to a steakhouse, it would be there. The Keg in Yaletown is so nice (have you been?) The upstairs patio is beautiful- it's all heated and covered. Great atmosphere. Agree that it can be expensive, but I would rather eat at the Keg than somewhere like Coast or C restaurant (never been to those but know those are expensive West Coast type restaurants).

No, I haven't been to the Keg in Yaletown, but I've passed by it and it looks really nice. :) We were at the one in New West. Kind of a random location, but it was good! And really, the food isn't *that* expensive.
