I am very much considering today’s Vancouver Groupon as my very first Groupon purchase. For $64 ($130 value) you get a 75-min. facial at skoah and a bottle of SPF 45. The facial that they are offering is $100 regular price.
I’ve heard wonderful things about skoah and have always wanted to try this out. I was even thinking of buying one for my mom as well, as part of her Christmas present. BUT I just have a feeling there will be a better deal than this coming up. So maybe I’ll wait. It’s a tough decision!
P.S. here is my referral link for those of you who want to sign up for Groupon. :)

Yup, a few weeks ago. It was for the GAP.
I paid $25 for a $50 GAP Groupon.
It was such a good deal! I made my friend get me one from her account since she doesnt shop at the GAP.

Yeah, we’ve used Groupon quite a few times. Everything from massages to restaurant deals to a winery tour. We’ve never had a problem with them and have found them to be great deals.

I have loved what I've gotten, but I have fallen into the it's-such-a-good-deal trap & ended up not using the item.

I used groupon twice. Once was for a coupon to a restaurant and the other for cheap movie tickets frm fandango.com! it's a great money saver if you're planning to do those things neway.

Yeah, I've used the Gap groupon and the Van Dusen gardens, I also bought the Fairmont afternoon tea, but haven't used it yet.
They have great deals, as long as you stick to things you would use.
Jealous about the Fairmont afternoon tea. I should have snagged that one. I've only been once and it was divine!
I'm from the UK, so if I have the opportunity to go to an afternoon tea I can't pass it up!
I'm really looking forward to it, not sure if I should make it a date with SO or treat one of my friends though…

We don't have Groupon but we do have a ton of other daily deal sites here. I've bought from three of them so far and have been happy.

I love Groupon! I used one while in Minneapolis back in July. It's a great service and I hope Winnipeg will get Groupon soon.

I'm contemplating getting it too! It's kind of expensive, but the facialicious IS usually $100. 75 minutes is a long time too. I've been to Skoah before, it is really nice, your face will feel really nice after the treatment. I find their stuff a bit too "chemical-ly" though, that's the only thing. If they used organic products, I would sign up in a heart beat.
2000 people already signed up! So imagine the appt bookings for that! (You can only use it at Metro or the Yaletown location).
I did a post comparing the daily deal sites: http://youngandthrifty.ca/saving-money-on-stuff/d…
I have signed up for:
the Vancouver Art Gallery tickets
Doggy day care (not with Groupon)
4 weeks of yoga for $45 or something
but I haven't used any of them yet! ;)

LOL!!! I kind of wish I had gotten it too, now. Oh well. I'm sure there'll be another spa groupon right around the corner.
