But he went into an actual Shaw customer service location, not to a store. I think that's key. When we called customer service, they mentioned to only go into a customer service location. She couldn't tell me WHAT form/info i actually needed. Kinda peeved me off because I *did* bring a printout of my detail schedule stating I'm registered til April.
