Sadly, I no longer have a decent education benefit - my employer contracts with a company that provides distance learning but the classes that I've already run through are pretty crappy. I don't even think they're adequate for my staff (who are mainly entry level and don't need highly rigorous training yet) now, I'll have to find better education tools for them as they progress and grow. This is only applicable to degree and certificate programs. If you leave at say 1.5 years you would owe 50% of the cost so they pro-rate it. Too bad more companies did not do this. It would really encourage their members to keep up to date. I wish teacher's had this program. We have free PD days but any additional qualification courses or other courses that would be helpful to have in the classroom are not paid for :( Hope it gets approved for you! What a great thing.
