April 1-5: Fitness Diary April 6, 2010

So my goal is to workout almost every day for April. Here is what I’ve done so far this month:

April 1 – Yoga Meltdown DVD + weights/stretching/abs
April 2 – Yoga Meltdown DVD + weights/stretching/abs
April 3 – Rest Day
April 4 – Hiked Mt. Finalyson
April 5 – Gym

Today I’ll get a workout in this evening. I left my Yoga Meltdown DVD at my parents house, which is really annoying. So I’ll have to use either the 30 Day Shred or No More Trouble Zones.

Tomorrow morning I’d like to get to the gym and run in a controlled environment with my VFFs.
