Okay, so I actually did a full 30 min. Yoga Meltdown workout (Level 1), and I take back what I said earlier today about the DVD. I actually really like it. It’s exactly what I want out of yoga – less meditation and more strength/exercise. I feel really, really good afterward. And what I originally didn’t like about the DVD (lots of reps, too fast), I get that it’s designed this way for maximum calorie burn. So, thanks again Jillian Michaels.
Yesterday when I tried Yoga Meltdown for the first time, I had actually just finished the No More Trouble Zones DVD, so I was probably too tired to do the moves properly. I can see myself alternating between my 3 Jillian DVDs every single day.

Then you shouldn't be doing Yoga. You have no idea what its for if you want more calorie burn and less meditation. Stick to your stair stepping, since Yoga is obviously not what you want, and way above your head.
I think that's a little rude of you to say. Just because I don't enjoy the meditation part of yoga, doesn't mean I can't enjoy the moves and the fitness benefit of it.

I just wanted to say Krystal, if all you enjoyed about Yoga was laying on the floor, by all means, do that! Yoga is absolutely not all about just meditation nor is it the most important part. And I wanted to (jokingly) say that the thing that popped into my mind when you said when you want to do 3 dvds in one day is that it's like you work out like you're in Cirque du Soleil. Soon you will be able to hold somebody up in a handstand using only your hands.

I love this DVD… and I love yoga. I agree that this DVD isn't really yoga, but maybe we can agree on 'yoga-inspired aerobics'? Whatever you call it- it's quite a workout!

HI Jillian, Truth be told on your “YOGO, MELTDOWN” WOW! Where have I been all these year! your just fake sorry to say..That’s Pilates and a small amount of yoga etc,.. Fitness Instructor and Nutritionist, I know the difference between your exercises…Ive done them all and still doing it.
What gets me..where are the FAT LOoooses..IN your video? Thats what you should have in your DVD/video., Im sure your sales would UP YOUR SALES.
My MOTTO.. is I focus on what my clients are cable of doing and not what I can do (like showing off) It would scare them. I cater for all sorts of clients.
Please do me a favour! Please look at BILLY BLANK’s, DVD/TAPES..In all his VIDEOS. He has all shapes, sizes, old/young people with aliments. His videos are selling like ‘hot cakes’ with me just typing this to YOU, he has sold me the +/- 50 000 copies (that just in South Africa). And he is not ‘fake’, he is true and honest, TO HELP ALL SORTS OF PEOPLE…

I just wanted to add in, Jillian says on the dvd, (which is AWESOME by the way) that all these moves are MODIFIED yoga positions. So, while it’s not REAL yoga, It is similar and give us some of the same benefits. And I also think it’s alot more interesting, and I feel like I could make a habit of it over reg. old yoga. Her pep talks at the end get a little boring, but overall this is a great product!
