It’s a tough market
The interview went well. I was more nervous for this one, than the one I had last week. There is going to be 2 or 3 more rounds of interviews, and it seems like there is a lot of competition for this job. That being said, I really do think it’s a great job. My only concern is that I don’t have the background in that industry. The recruiter will be contacting my references and forward my resume to the company that is hiring, so we’ll see how it goes.
The job market is super competitive right now, so all I can keep doing is searching and applying for jobs.
***EDIT***
All of my references were contacted today – a lot sooner than anticipated. Fingers are crossed that the company calls me for an interview. :)

Believe in yourself and always put your best foot forward. You might not have the background but your willingness to take the challenges will be your weapon in getting that position. Be confident and I'm pretty sure you will get the job that you want. Good luck! ;)
