My crush on Zooey Deschanel

I am loving Zooey Deschanel right now.
I know I’m a little late on the hipster bandwagon here, but (500) Days of Summer, and her awesome sense of style have officially solidified my mega girl crush on her. Especially because she’s married to Death Cab For Cutie lead singer Ben Gibbard.
Anyway I’ve been getting into Zooey’s band She & Him with M. Ward. Really liking the vibe, not that I was surprised because I’ve always hearted M. Ward. And I’ll probably download their new album from iTunes when it becomes available.

I think she's the best part in most movies she's in, but the second she starts singing, I want to stick my head in a fire. The cotton commercials she does….kill me. Shame, as I think M. Ward is ridiculously talented, and I really wanted to like She & Him when I first heard about it.

Really!? I totally love that cotton commercial. :) I think her voice is great. Sounds so vintage and sweet, and definitely fits with her personality.
Oh, I hate that cotton commercial too! I felt bad thinking that, because I love her! lol. I haven't seen 500 days of Summer yet, but I have a HUGE crush on Joseph Gordon-Levitt, so it's on my list!

Oooh I totally have a girl crush on Zooey too! i love her name too – Deschanel. Des Chanel. Literally translated means "Some Chanel" totally classy: "would you like some Chanel?" "Why yes indeed I would". She really does have a cool vibe- cute style and clothes, nice hair, au naturel look, sweet, smart, quirky. I loved her in Yes Man and in The Happening – those were both pretty low-key unpopular movies but I enjoy the underrated ones. And I did like her in 500 Days of Summer although I was very sad – those two would have made the cutest couple!!
