After the interview

The interview went really, really well! I think this organization would be a good fit for me – I would be part of a 3-person marketing team with lots of responsibility and tons of room for growth. The woman seemed to think that I’d be a perfect fit as well. I didn’t ask about any specifics regarding compensation, benefits, etc. because there will be another round of interviews – but the job pays between $55-65k.
She has passed my resume forward to the people doing the 2nd round of interviews, and hopefully I get a call back! :)

That’s great that this might mean a better salary for you and better work environment! Even though it was a shite and sneaky way of getting fired there’s always some good hidden beneath the crap. My wording doesn’t really make sense but you get what I mean! Good for you woman! :)
