		<description>Hi, I have fun reading your post. And I agree with some comments above, there are also bikram yoga - also known as hot yoga, which will strech you amazingly. Try it and get back to us :-)

Otherwise, I am practicing Astanga yoga for few years now, and belive me, it have done so much good for my body and my soul.

		<description>Her no more trouble zones is an excellent dvd. it will really build your muscles and tone your body. i use that and the fat burning dvd alternatively. very difficult and some times it is a real trial to push myself but i love that after burn feeling i get the next day.</description>

		<description>I think any kind of steady-state cardio is a waste of time and yoga is just way to slow for me. Why would you spend 40 minutes - an hour doing something when you can do a higher intensity work out in 20 minutes of less? Of course, I stretch before and after work outs too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Of course, I still try fit in a least a session of steady-state every now and then to give my body some rest but I find it soo boring and always dread it.</description>

I definitely enjoy it, but it is very low priority.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I liked the Nameste yoga on FitTV (also on DVD that my sister stole from me!).  Short 20 minute routines, relatively fast paced.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think I will continue to use my 30 day shred even after 30 days are over.</description>
