I knew it would be hard for me to keep up with my 30 Day Shred over the weekends, since weekends are usually our time to do whatever outdoorsy activities we weren’t able to do during the work week. Which usually leaves me exhausted and not wanting to workout at all.
Saturday – Rest Day. That’s right, I didn’t do anything, because I knew Sunday was going to be hard. I felt really, really guilty. You have no idea how bad I felt for skipping a workout day when I really had no excuse.
Sunday – 10km hike, Level 2 of 30 Day Shred x 2, 30 min. of Wii Fit. So I made up for Saturday’s laziness with a 10km hike with J, my usual Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. Then I did another session of Level 2, to make up for Saturday’s missed day. And then on top of that, I did a 30 min. workout on my Wii Fit.
I realize that was a little excessive for one day, but I had the energy, so why not!

Wow, awesome job. I skipped yesterday on my 30 day shred too and will make up for it today.
Are you feeling it today? Haha probably not, you seem very fit.
Boy do I feel like a lazy bum now!
I really need to get into a workout routine (currently: zip, nada, zilch)
you're a great inspiration, though I doubt I will ever be that driven ;)
The hardest workout I ever do is 90 minute hot yoga, otherwise an exercise session typically lasts 1 hour! I could never work out as much as you do, I'd get tired or bored. I. just. don't. know. how you do it…
