Day 5: 30 Day Shred

Almost didn’t make it this morning! The alarm went off at 5:30am, and all I wanted to do was snuggle deeper into the covers for another hour. But I dragged myself out of bed and forced myself to do Day 5, Level 2. I was half asleep during warm-up!

This was my 2nd day at Level 2. It was actually quite a bit easier than yesterday. I did just over 60 min. of yoga/strength, stretching & balance games last night, and I think that helped because I’m not even really sore this morning.

I’m still having a bit of difficulty with anything to do with the plank. So for the next few weeks I want to keep up my secondary workouts in the evenings. I think it’s helping me a lot, strengthening my core. I won’t do an extra workout every day, but at least 3-4 times per week.
