30 Day Shred: Day 2

This morning was Day 2 of my 30 Day Shred. Admittedly, my pecs feel a bit sore today. But I’m not sure if it’s from Day 1 of the Shred, or from a 45 min. Wii Fit workout last night. My money’s on the Shred, which is good. Because for some reason I can’t stand workouts that don’t leave me at least a little sore the next day. Makes me feel like I didn’t push myself hard enough.

Anyway, I stayed on Level 1 this morning, and will probably do Level 1 tomorrow as well. But for some of the exercises I’ll probably switch to 8 or 10 pound weights. Maybe.

Is anyone on Level 2 yet? What’s it like? I haven’t had a chance to sit down and watch it yet.

    I remember starting the Shred and thinking Level 1 was hard. Level 2 is even worse! By the end of each workout I'm always sweating profusely. Level 3 is.. I don't even want to talk about it haha..

    I always switch between all 3 levels just so I don't get bored doing the same routine everyday. Although I do think the levels progress in difficulty, the exercises are such that you can modify them pretty easily to accommodate whatever fitness level you're at.

    I do love level 1 but I tried level 2 once and didn't enjoy it AS Much.
    It was quite a bit harder and I remember not liking the exercises as much.

    I've never made it past level 1 because I always get so BORED of doing the exact same thing over and over and I end up finding some other way to work out. But I'm afraid to try Level 2.
