Well in an interesting twist, a rep from Rogers Wireless (RogersMary) read my post, Dear Rogers Wireless: I’m leaving you! and wants to help me. I like their proactive approach and I like how they are addressing the situation. It means that they are out there and listening to online feedback about their company. But still. I’m doubtful.
I received and have responded to their follow-up e-mail, and we’ll see what happens. They’d need to give me new customer pricing on the iPhone, and a rate plan comparable to their competition. Which in my opinion, is not much to ask at all. I’ll keep you posted!
