My new digital scale tells me that I’m 133.4 lbs – which means I’ve lost 1.5 lbs since I’ve been tracking my calories (1,400 per day) and using EA Sports Active on my Wii. Not bad! Of course I’ve had some pretty horrible eating days (like the day in Seattle) and probably consumed double my suggested calorie intake for those days. But more often than not, I’m under for the day.
We still haven’t been able to go out hiking since I bought my new boots, and it doesn’t look like we’ll get to go this weekend either. BF has to work OT on Saturday, and then he has a work-related thing on Sunday. Oh well. Maybe next weekend.
