Give Me Back My Five Bucks

Okay, well my budget for the long weekend was $200. I ended up spending $241.58. $58.55/$60 – my share of gas. Actually, I paid for all of the gas because BF filled up the tank just a few days before we left. I’m surprised the gas was that cheap. $150/$0 – accommodation. I did fairly well this month. Well, better than most months, only going over budget by about $340. Food, household, and transportation were all over because I guess I under-budgeted for how much I would spend when my sister was in town visiting. Other than that, this month seems about normal. Miscellaneous is over because I bought some hiking gear. Because of this, the amount I saved into my Savings Fund and Retirement Portfolio suffered a little. July Goals: Go rock climbing 4 times. I’m lying here in a tent in Osoyoos, playing on my netbook. We just came back from a very refreshing dip in the river on his relatives’ acreage. Tonight is going to be our only night in the tent, because BF’s parents and his brother’s family each have separate suites in the resort hotel they’re staying at, and there is a queen sized fold out couch in the common area of each of their suites.
