Yesterday after work, BF and I went to the climbing gym. Let me tell you, it was so ridiculously hot. I was sweating before I even started climbing. My SHINS were sweating. My waterproof mascara started running. My dryfit shirt was soaked through with sweat. I looked and felt disgusting, but had a great workout. BF and I both improved on one route we’ve been working on. We’re going to try to go again tomorrow.
This morning I was supposed to get up and run, but I couldn’t get out of bed. It was too hot already, and I had 2 fans blowing straight at me. Now I feel guilty, but I think it’s going to be too hot to run this evening. I might go for a short run just to make myself feel better … but if we go climbing tomorrow, I won’t feel so bad taking a day off.
