Overpaid my Shaw Cable bill

Last Friday evening I did my finances. I got one final invoice from Shaw Cable (they mailed it to me instead of the e-bills I was getting), for $65.64. Right after I finished paying my bills online, I called Shaw to move my digital cable box over to BF’s account. After about half an hour on hold and 2 customer service reps (really, is it that hard?), it was finally done. But not before somebody (BF) freaked out because the cable cut out for like 10 seconds during Game 7 of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

The woman said that my final invoice was $15.xx (can’t exactly remember what she said). I said that I had just paid $65.64 online. Why would the invoice say FINAL INVOICE when it was the wrong amount? So she said I should call them again in a few days once they payment goes through and they’ll mail me a cheque for the difference.
