How do you make money online?

So I don’t make a lot of money through this blog. At least not compared to others out there. But I make enough to want to keep trying.

I know there are a bunch of American websites that you can make money through (like that Cash Duck site or whatever), as well as those survey sites (which I hate). I like making money with the least possible amount of effort. If it becomes too much, I just get rid of it.

Below is a list of ways I’ve tried to make money online.

Current

  • PayPerPost ($ made to date: $2,263.44 US) – I rarely ever do PPP ops anymore, but I’m putting it in this category because I do occasionally check their job board. I did posts for as little as $5 to as much as $700. You also get $15 for each referral, which is amazing, and for those starting out making money with their blog, this is still a good way to do it.
  • Google Adsense ($ made to date: $34.65) – I started Adsense back in April. I had a few really good days, but that’s about it. I obviously haven’t made enough for the $100 payout, and I’m not sure if Adsense is actually worth it for this blog. A lot of bloggers say that Adsense is their biggest money maker, but I’m not sure I get enough web traffic to make it worthwhile. Still, I’m going to keep at it. Lately I’ve been averaging about $0.50 to $0.75 per day.
  • Swagbucks (12 Swag Bucks to date) – I just started this today. Not sure now long I’m going to do this for, but it’s keeping my interest for now.
  • Advertisers ($ made to date: varies per month) – I’ve made anywhere from $50-$500 US/month this way. This is my far my biggest money maker, and it’s a constant stream of income. If you’d like to advertise on this blog, please send me an e-mail at krystalatwork [at] gmail [dot] com! :)

Not Active

  • Linkbee ($ made to date: $0.43 US) – Totally lame. Linkbee sucks. Not only is it super annoying, but the payout is ridiculously low. I’ll never use it again.
  • Social Spark ($ made to date: $0) – Really obnoxious website. It’s so confusing and nothing is straightforward. I hate it, so I’ll never use it.
  • Amazon Associates ($ made to date: $0) – Found it cluttered up my website too much and nobody was clicking through anyway. Gets a big ‘meh’ from me. I don’t even know how much the payout is. Has anyone had any success with this website?

Have you had success with any of these sites, or another site? Leave a comment and let me know! :) I’m always looking for new (non-obnoxious) ways to make money. And if you have a referral code too, let me know.
