TGIF!

A ton of my friends are going to the Sasquatch Music Festival this weekend. I am totally jealous. 5 days enjoying great music and great friends, all while camping! I’d love to be going. But I couldn’t justify the cost, and I’m using up all of my vacation days this year. Besides, we’re moving all of my furniture from my old apartment tomorrow (not looking forward to it) … and the festival lineup doesn’t look as good as it did last year anyway.

I’m mostly just jealous of the camping. I guess it’s just drive-in car camping, so it’s not as great as backpacking. We have a 5-day hiking trip planned for the Canada Day long weekend, so we’re hoping to get another weekend in before that.

Last night BF and I went to Home Depot to return the filter that I bought for the vacuum. It wasn’t the right size, and BF didn’t bother picking up a new one. So that’s $33.56 back onto my Amex card.

We also made yummy breakfast bagels for dinner (eggs, mushrooms, onion, broccoli and red pepper). Tonight we’re going to make a yummy Indian curry. All without the use of a stove!!! :)
