I am not a morning person

This morning BF caught the bus to work at 5:40am, since his bike got another flat tire yesterday. I got up as well and went for a short 25 min. run. I hate running (especially in the mornings), but I’ve got to get back in good cardio shape for field hockey tryouts. I’m thinking that I’ll do these morning runs for a while and see if I can notice a difference. Unless I want to take up earlier (I don’t), I can really only work out for 30-45 min. before I have to start getting ready for work. Which is fine. I’d rather keep the run to around 25-30 min. anyway so I have time for stretching and a quick ab workout.

I think this will be good for me. That way we’ll be on the same sleep schedule, and since he’s riding his bike 30km each day, I need to keep up fitness-wise.
