Getting into shape

Yesterday evening BF and I were supposed to go rock climbing, but he bailed. So instead I went for a run. When I got home, worked on my abs and then did a lot of stretching. I wanted to do some weights but my apartment is kind of ghetto and the weights are holding some things up. Oh well. I am so out of shape! But I felt good (a bit sore today) and I’m hoping to keep it up.

We were supposed to start going to the gym together once per week, but that hasn’t happened yet. So perhaps I’ll just start going myself. I really like relaxing in the steam room after a hard workout.

For dinner I had smoked salmon and light cream cheese on wasa bread (4 pieces). And for dessert I ate 3 slices of a pomelo (like a mild grapefruit). I packed the rest of the smoked salmon dinner and pomelo for my lunch today. Yummy!

Today after work we are going snow shoeing. I haven’t been in a while, but I enjoy it. Not as much as field hockey or rock climbing, but it’s still fun.
