So far, I’m very pleased with Zip.ca. I returned 3 DVDs on Friday, and they were received by the warehouse today… so they shipped me out my new DVDs today. I should get them tomorrow. And in reviews that I’ve read about the company, people complained that they weren’t getting the popular DVDs, but so far I’ve gotten a pretty good selection. I downgraded my account from $25 for 3 DVDs at a time, down to $19 for 2 DVDs at a time. Unlimited rentals per month. Not that big of a change, but it’ll probably be worth it. I … Continue reading
This past weekend was fun. Not exactly that frugal, but I didn’t spend more than I made this weekend at the PT job, and that’s always what I’m aiming for when it comes to going home. It’s raining and miserable here in Vancouver, so I’m glad I have warm, yummy chili in my fridge and freezer to eat.
