I got offered a job today with a post secondary institution here on the Lower Mainland.
A few months ago, I had interviewed for another position, and I didn’t get it (not enough experience), but I think they really liked me. Well, I mean, they must have liked me if they thought enough to forward on my resume to another department.
I’m not going to take the job. I’m happy here at this job, and I know that this position will probably make me the same amount as that position would, once I factor in my annual bonus. The only plus side of this new job is: amazing benefits and 4 weeks of vacation to start.
