Moving and paying for entertainment

I’ve been so busy lately, I haven’t had a chance to update this blog as regularly as I have been.

This weekend I’m going to spend the majority of my time packing. BF has to work on Saturday, so I’ll spend all day putting my stuff into boxes, and he said he’d try to borrow a truck so that we can start to move my stuff over on Sunday. I’ve moved my internet/cable over as of Sept 27th.

Also, I should mention that I purchased Bob Dylan tickets for Oct 24th at GM Place. I’m a huge Dylan fan. When he came around back in 2005, I was living in Northern Alberta, and I told myself that the next time he came to town, I would go to his show. So I’m sitting in the 13th row of seated seats. For $62/ticket, it wasn’t as pricey as I thought it would be … and I am so excited to go.

Speaking of concerts, in Vegas my friend really wants to go see Elton John, so we’re going to see his show. It was RIDICULOUSLY expensive at $100/ticket before fees. I have never spent that much on a concert ticket before (closest was $90/ticket for Ryan Adams … but that was RYAN. ADAMS.). It should be a great show though. I heard his Vegas show is fantastic.
