Job interview lined up!

I just got called for a job interview. It’s with a massive not-for-profit here in Vancouver, but it’s for a Program Assistant position … and I personally don’t really think I should be an “assistant,” but I’m going to go to the interview with an open mind. There’s more admin-type work than I’m currently doing, so I think it would be a step down in terms of responsibility. But, the job requires 4 years of experience, and graphic design skills … which is a lot to ask for an assistant-type position … so we’ll see.

I know that they pay better than the current not-for-profit I work with, and they have a better benefits package, and a TON of room for growth, which are all huge pluses.
